I spoke with 2 sections of an Introduction to Communications course at the Wisconsin Lutheran College. During this engagement, I was part of a panel who answered class questions regarding the importance of communication in professional and daily life.

Accessibility & Advocacy

My presentation focused on what accessibility means and how inclusion goes beyond ramps and grab bars. Everything in an establishment matters - where wheelchair users enter, how their chair can fit in an establishment - it all sends a profound message to wheelchair users like me. We're either welcome or we're not.
